Claimed to have sent goods ordered which never arrived no word so left negative feedback and claimed refund through Amazon. Then got an email apologizing and offering 50% more goods if I removed feedback. After I got the refund I saw on tracking that carrier had collected goods, so I withdrew the bad feedback and despite claiming to have processed the refund and sending the goods plus 50% nothing ever arrived. I checked with the carrier who had no record of the collection
