Terrible experience, wish I would of read these reviews first. The website info on their nicotine products is very confusing since they refer to their 12mg nicotine as 'light'. I am a new user and this is very misleading, some might say unlawful since cigs can no longer be referred to in the UK as 'light'. I now have unwanted product because its too strong. Contacted customer service, no response from email and they don't pick up the phone (UK office). Awaiting company response.
