The window was warped but as the van had a hole cut in the side and it was a Friday evening the window fitter had no option but to fit it. He said he had been fitting windows for 20 years and it was one of the worst he had fitted
I rang your company and spoke to a lady in customer services explaining that we had no option but to fit it and it had taken an hour to do a job that should have taken 10 mins, she didn't take me seriously saying it couldn't have been bent and fitted implying that I was lying.
