I bought a replacement T5 bonnet strut. The first one arrived promptly but there was a tear in the bag and the product was missing. My postie knew nothing! I contacted customer support (Ollie) and they were fantastic, sending me another straight away. The part fits perfectly and I have to give the bonnet quite a firm shove to get it to lower! Will buy again without hesitationion if I ever need to.
