Initially I ordered a couple of seat covers and paid for them, only to hear that they were on their way to me and another email telling me that they were out of stock so what was on the way I don't know. I contacted the office and eventually ordered a different pair of seat covers which cost more and when they eventually arrived they did not have the securing clips in the package. When I re contacted the office they wanted me to take and send photos of my delivery which made me think they do not believe me when all along it was their failure to make sure that the package was complete. I am not happy with this company after being let down by my order and totally frustrated by the response that they would not take my word for it when saying that the clips were missing.
