Although really pleased with roof bars and rails I found the instructions for assembly were not very clear. Also a list of parts would have been useful as parts were missing. Shannon was very helpful and efficient in resolving this issue once I had sent photos of the parts I had received. She promptly sent the parts I was missing. A big thanks to Shannon for her help.
