Not at all impressed by the couriers used for delivery !
The first splitter arrived broken . A replacement was offered and I requested that this would be delayed as I would be away for a week . Unfortunately it was sent anyway and the courier left it out in the open in snowy conditions ( despite courier advice stating that if I wasn't there they would leave a note for me to rearrange delivery ). By the time I returned home the parcel had been sitting out in snowy/blizzard conditions for five days .
