Bought some side bars for my T5 and paid for next day delivery (the only delivery options). They arrived 3 days later with no fitting instructions (the online video didn't explain where the different pieces went) and when I phoned up it turned out lots of pieces were missing. I was told the missing bits would be sent next day delivery. Again, they didn't turn up next day and in the end it took 9 days from ordering until finally getting qeverything. Was offered a £20 gift voucher but I wasn't impressed and won't be ordering from this company again.
