I ordered the prestige full curtain pack (5 sets of curtains) for a tailgate T5. The order arrived the next day but only contained on set of curtains for the tailgate window.
I contacted the sales team who advised they couldn't do anything and to email customer services which I did. Not hearing anything for a few hours I phoned to only keep on getting answerphone.
I left it till the following day and no emails received and still going to voicemail on the customer service line, which states emailing would be quicker than leaving a voicemail.
I managed to finally get in contact with customer services by using the chat app.
I was then dispatched the rest of the curtains the that day for next day delivery.
Customer services needs improvement as it shouldn't be the customer having to chase up about an error from the company. However the issue was resolved promptly once in contact.
