Ordered multiple items, one item was missing some clips which were replaced without a problem. Another item was not correct for my model of van, this was not made clear & apparently the customer is expected to take old part off and compare to images of small details online before purchase and not just look at what the part was listed to fit. Veedub making the customer pay return postage. Communication regarding this was terrible, customer service giving conflicting info & initially offering the same part or a store voucher for half the cost. I totally disagree with this being acceptable service and will not be using them again
