Had a faulty windor delivered, the window was warped outwards, there was no quibble when contacted them about the problem, new window arrived smashed, another window was sent, that was halfway out ot the rather poor packing. I would sugest that you wrap the glass and tape the box rather than relay on the origional packing. Window was ok though and is now fitted.
