Bought a set of seat covers for my T5 which have transformed to look of the front seats. However during installation two seams on the drivers back cover gave way. A quick phone call to Veedub and an email with photo of the problem resulted in a replacement being sent the following day. Very happy with the customer service team for resolving this without any issues.
