I was unsure whether the lowering kit I was interested in would be suitable for what I wanted to do. Having the ability to talk to someone who knew about the product and was able to reassure me was invaluable. It wasn't a call centre with people using a script... The product arrived sooner than advised and is now fitted to my T5.1. It looks great, a massive improvement on looks and handling without taking it too low. For me, it's really important that I buy from a company that have actually tested the product and know about it. I've got more to do on my van and will be coming back once i get clearance from the finance department!
