Ordered an item that was out of stock, no problem told when it would be in and when to expect delivery, very good unfortunately the wrong item came but after a quick phone call a email was sent with a label and 2 days later my item arrived, THIS IS NOT S COMPLAINT it just to say what a brilliant team work there and my item was exactly what I wanted many thanks
