Seriously unimpressed. I ordered a set of T4 Vectors. They arrived reasonably promptly and that is as good as it got. They may well be a good item but arrived with no parts list and no instructions whatsoever. I raised this via the website contact form and got zero reply. I then emailed - no reply. I then escalated the issue and was told the contact form and email 'hadn't been seen'. Really? How does that work exactly? I was then supplied with a tiny, incomplete pdf of some images with no explanation, still no instructions. Still no parts list. I complained again. I was then sent some images of some of the parts which didn't really help - I can see the parts in the box on my table. Together with the same useless pdf. Still no instructions, still no parts list. These items are clearly sold as a DIY fit - with over 60 brackets, parts, nuts, bolts etc in the box and no instructions or parts list that is hopeless service. To then back it up with such poor after-sales service is unacceptable. I won't be using Veedub Transporters again and don't recommend anybody else does either Kevin Bell
