Item ordered then got a phone call to say out of stock. I pressed the button for a free promotional baseball cap. My item arrived yesterday without the cap , when I rang up they said I had not pressed the button and therefore could not honour the offer. I think you could have honoured this as a regular customer. Item itself was as described.
