I ordered side bars from this company, the wrong colour bars turned up with the wrong brackets. Was forced to send photos of the error as i was not trusted to be telling the truth about the matter, costing me time and money. They then told me that it was my responsibility to pay for the return and only one company would take them due to the length of the parcel. I refused to do this and demanded that they come and pick them up which they did quite quickly and eventually apologised offering no better service after the fact. Overall not happy with the way i was spoken to and felt like i was dealing with a non professional firm in general.
