Product as described. Price and delivery good. Let down by the fitting instructions. For the side bars there was no instructions included. These were emailed after a call to them. The roof bar parts list had some nuts included that were not in the package. Turns out they were not needed. Attention to detail needs improving in this case. I would recommend this company as they sorted out the problems quickly and efficiently which to me is always a good sign.
