The chair is not bad, and it significantly helped my wife. But for this money, it could be better. There are details that really need improvement. The armrests are too short. They should be much longer, and the length should be adjustable (similar to Herman Miller Aeron). The remote should be wireless; my wife cannot reach it where it is stored on the chair.
