I placed an order in mid April for a Morso Grande package plus large table and some accessories. A delivery arrives a month later without the BBQ. I am Still waiting on delivery 10 weeks after placing the order.
It takes days and days to get any reply from customer service, phoned, messaged and emailed yesterday morning and I am still waiting on someone getting back to me.
The serve could not be worse if they tried!
