This is the best rack I have ever owned. The build quality is unmatched by anyone in the industry. Every time I'm out with the family going for a ride. I get question about the rack and I have NO problems showing it off and telling people how much I love it. One of the things I love the most is that my 8 year old can load her own bike and she LOVES that. She does need daddy to do it for her. Great product
