Shipping was fast, assembly was very easy, rack seems to be extremely well made. The box with lock and end caps were damaged and didn’t show up due to the courier. I emailed the company and they responded the next day informing me new parts were on the way. Great customer service, great product to keep bikes safe along with multi functional for garage storage. The only complaint is I’m a sticker guy and would have loved to have received a sticker to put on my truck to represent the great company.
