We were coming from a competitive brand, and I had a few questions, I called and spoke to somebody at their office got all of my questions answered and ordered the rack immediately. It arrived to my house within a few days, even though we’re almost 2000 miles away, the installation and assembly was much easier than I expected, the rack looks great and fits all of our bikes perfectly. So happy to make the move to this rack.
