I got the 6 bike rack and it has been very easy to use, even when it is fully loaded with 6 bikes.
Putting the bikes on the rack is fairly simple, just boost the bike up with your knee on the saddle and the front wheel will drop right in the bracket.
I like the fact that you can have a bunch of bikes loaded and the back of your car is not too far extended and hard to manage. Basically takes the same amount of room as a 2 bike tray rack. This makes parking a lot easier to manage.
