The order I placed and paid for was never delivered. After several emails and phone calls VentePreve told me that the delivery service has lost the parcel and that I will not be receiving it. It is normal for logistics services to loose your parcel, I understand that. However, the problem is regrading how VentePrivee handled the whole situation.
1. VentePrivee has not refunded the amount after the parcel was lost
2. I had to call them multiple ties to get a status on the parcel and every time VentePrivee could not provide me the reason for delays in delivery.
3. VentePrivee would not confirm when the refund will be completed.
4. VentePrivee would not take responsibility for the goods that was sold by them and blamed the delivery service for not getting the parcel to my address.
5. After 45 days of making the first purchase and payment, I still do not have the product I and have not got my money back.
I would not recommend VeePee and definitely will not be shopping with them gain.
