I have always had good service from Vente Privee - now VeePee - until now. I returned two pairs of trainers and received an email on 8th June saying they were processing my return however I have still not received my refund and it is 30th July. I have emailed them and called them multiple times. They acknowledge that the automatic refund did not go through (so admitting it is their fault) and yet still no refund. I don't know what is going on with them but I am obviously not the only one to have had problems recently. I would avoid buying anything from them if you think there is even a tiny chance you might want to return it.
