I would give zero stars if it was possible. They missed a collection over a week ago, the bins are full to capacity. Contacted them and they said it was done according to Camden councils bin & recycling collection online.. Rubbish ( pardon the pun) it has not been collected. Why on earth the council uses this incompetant company i will never understand.
