“On a visit to London we rested at Marble Arch/Hyde Park. We were fascinated to see how consciously your cleaning operator worked. From emptying the bins to filling up the bags for disposal. He used all his cleaning aids during his time here. It was spotless when he moved on after cleaning up after uncaring people. I asked he name as l felt l had to write to say how impressed we were.

“I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. They increased their fees without any prior notification, which is completely unacceptable. Despite agreeing to a one-year contract with a fixed price, they raised the fee just three months in. On top of that, I was overcharged and, when I raised the issue, no refund was provided. The contract is filled with fine print that ensures you’re charged if you decide to leave, even if you’re unhappy with their appalling service. As consumers, we have no protection or recourse if things go wrong. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone.”

Last year, my car was parked legally on a council road when a Veolia dustbin truck caused significant damage. Deep scratches, visible neon yellow tire marks, and even damage to my headlight were evident.
I contacted the council, who directed me to Veolia. Despite providing evidence from an elderly neighbor who witnessed the incident, Veolia demanded he complete a digital form, which he was unable to do due to his age and lack of digital literacy.
As a result, my claim was dismissed, leaving me with a repair bill of approximately £500. This is a significant financial burden, especially during these challenging times.
It's deeply disheartening that the council and its contractors, Veolia, refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with a system that seems to prioritize bureaucracy over the needs of its citizens.”

“Awful customer service. Continuous false promises regarding collections etc., with the usual "we have a backlog to drivers being sick" . Reported a damaged bin (by their wagon) a month ago. Still waiting for a replacement after two no shows on dates given by them.”
“I would give zero stars if it was possible. They missed a collection over a week ago, the bins are full to capacity. Contacted them and they said it was done according to Camden councils bin & recycling collection online.. Rubbish ( pardon the pun) it has not been collected. “1 They leave our rubbish and recycle bins in the middle of our narrow pavement
instead of replacing them and people struggle to use the pavement. 2 Sometimes the large green recycling bin is nowhere near the house after it has been emptied. 3 During the last 5 weeks the collections have haphazard, on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, so we don't even know when to fill the bins...also
4 they only empty one bin, and 2 days later finish by emptying the others.
5 we use 2 food waste bins, and even though they are both out, they only empty one of them, leaving little space for another week's waste to fill.
6 I had major surgery this month (Feb 2024) and cannot walk. My food waste bin was left in the street outside of the property with the lid open, STINKING and full of rainwater. There was no one else at the property to bring it in for me. When it was returned by a neighbour 4 days later it had garbage and a bottle of water and rainwater in it. I did contact Veolia ref: 15880817 via the Camden bins website but no one responded.”
“Constantly missing my collection thay keep saying its becouse it's wrong stuff in pink recycle bag but we don't use the recycle as thay don't ever collect, so now thay don't collect the black bags. Its just a disgusting service”
“Didn't even want to leave 1 star need to be minus stars. Customer service is terrible excuse after excuse, drivers have a bad attitude. Never empty skip when they say they will, always days or over a week late to empty....as we have household and food waste in ours MAGGOTS are a big problem when not emptied on time”
