I begrudge even giving this company 1 star. They installed our system 8 weeks ago and neither internet camera has ever worked correctly. They couldn't get our outside camera to work from day one. Paid £1100 to install the system and £69 per month. After three attempts of them coming to try to fix the system with no success I called to cancel and have a refund. I got a call today to say that we can't have a refund and we need to pay 12 months of the £69 to uninstall as we are past the 15 days cooling off period. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.
