Was pushed lots of pointless extras on installation, told me to take out my existing cameras, which they replaced with budget low quality ones. Doubled the up front cost and maintenance cost. Then you get an email pointing out you haven't bought anything, if you want to cancel the maintenance agreement you then have to pay again! 14 day satisfaction guarantee....4 days of phone calls, emails and WhatsApp and can't get them to give me a date. Awful company. Fitter has left holes in walls all over as can't use a drill properly. Commission based upselling. Absolutely useless customer service, save yourself money and stress and avoid this con company. Still not resolved. Wouldn't want to rely on verisure on an emergency, they're too busy dodging complaints

Pushy fitter oversold useless products, small print says you haven't purchased, upfront fee is installation, unless you pay monthly maintenance fee you have to pay again for equipment. Trying to cancel under 14 day satisfaction guarantee but customer service is appalling. Poor quality equipment, very basic and overpriced. Gave reasonable price up front, then loaded with extras after fitting, price more than doubled on the day but couldn't get rid of him. Made loads of holes in walls as couldn't use drill, kept moving things having drilled holes in walls. Very difficult to deal with after fitting, wouldn't want to rely on them in an emergency

Worst company I’ve Ever delt with. Left holes in my walls when they fineally came to take my system down. Would never call me back. And diverted my removal for 3 months late due to not being able to give me the right person to speak to because they where busy. The Call back was in a round 1.5weeks and that was just the phone call. Tried to sell me back the same service on the phone…..then when they came to the property, tried again. Refused to let me take my system down. And I only signed up to get the Arlo which is a separate camera. It’s just a sale team scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nothing but promises never kept. Professional con artists. I told them I was cancelling the contract on 11th September. They said I couldn’t. Oh, yes, I can!

Absolutely useless. Nothing is done when alarms go off. On full mode, no pictures are taken of intruders. So, all intruders need do is turn off the alarm. Thoroughly recommend to burglars. They can be indoors at least 5 minutes and Verisure does nothing, nor will it supply photos unless you physically attack intruders.

A verisure represntative came into my place of work and asked me if I was the owner when I told him I was just an employee he accused me of lying.I have been in Retail for 41 years and I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior

Our device became faulty whilst away for 2 months. They tried calling us twice whilst abroad, on our return I asked for compensation for the 2 months my house was not alarmed. They Saif they can't refund.... WTF

This company operates on deceiving customers and having clauses in the contract to apply overcharge under the name of free trial Zerovsion. They tell you that you can ask for it to be removed before the end of the trial period but when you have it removed they still apply extra monthly charges because apparently other devices need to be removed with Zerovision. Total deception by what supposed to be a 'home security' company. Please stay away from these deceiving and dishonest people and do not trust them with your home!

Tried to cancel the contract as I moved out of the property. Called Verisure number of times, I was reassured by the customer services that someone will call back which never happened but I kept calling them. Finally after so many telephone calls and matter escalations someone agreed to downgrade the service but charged me for 2 more months of their service fees amounting to £91.88. Isn't this ridiculous !

Most horrible company. I have tried to terminate the contract due to moving out. It’s been almost a year and they won’t let you go. You will have to call them to cancel and then was told someone will call you in the next 3-5 working days. Actually no one will call you. Apparently it’s quite common I asked around about their cancellation experience. They just keep taking money from my bank every month. It’s such a terrible company. Worst experience you can ever imagine

I was approached by two sales persons from Verisure and advised me that my business needs alarm system. I took his advice and signed 12 months contract. After signing the contract for 12 months the technician installed half of the alarm system and the rest he mentioned he will come back and finish them this week. We had numerous calls between us and he promised to come another day in a week and finish the final steps and show me how all the cameras and alarms works. I waited all day as he promised to come and install the remaining equipment for alarms, But he never turned up, 6.15 pm he picks up my 9th call and says sorry I was very busy today, I said no problem I understand your company is big and your busy. The same two sales man said we will come another day. I waited another day as he promised again this time to come and finish the final job, again I waited all day and this time he never picked my calls. The next day Saturday I went to visit my close family in hospital and my neighbour calls me at 2am that 6 people broke in to your business you need to be here as soon as possible and the police is here as well. I was very disappointed and shocked as I paid over £450 for installation and 12 months contract and none of the and found out the alarms I paid for is not working. In total I have gained £42000 loss. I called Verisure and explained but they don’t care. Logged a complaint to HR TEAM apologising and saying it wasn’t their fault and therefore the contract won’t be cancelled and I shall continue to pay the remaining months.

Absolutely awful dishonest scamming company. Stay well clear! Was lied to from day 1 and continued lies through management for months. Had alarm system with Arlo doorbell camera, told battery would last up to 6 weeks, got 3 days out of it so called and had tech out who gave me anew battery and checked settings! He said I’d be lucky to get 10 days out of a full charge and the sales team tell lies. After still getting 3 days from a full charge I called and spoke to management who apologised and said they couldn’t explain why I was only getting 3 days from a charge. Was then given to larger camera and told it would be a lot better with around 6 weeks battery life…… got 10 days and have to take whole unit off the charge then reposition every time I replace it. Not convenient or practical. Was told I’d get a call back after 2 weeks to see how this worked! No call and after chasing up with calls and emails still nothing back from the manager. Told lies every time I speak to an operator and to top this all off my monthly bills have shot up from £36-£50 with no explanation or warning when sold to me. Please avoid this company at all costs, you’ll be hugely disappointed and pay a lot more than expected to be tied into a dishonest contract and poor system.
