Worked there have failed to even pay me my basic wage of 1,400 when worked a full month they told me I wouldn’t be getting my commission which totalled to 1k so I was told I’d get my basic when receiving pay I was only given 900 pounds not even my basic and nothing has been done about it DO NOT WORK HERE

I recently posted a negative review for a young man when I was trying to cancel my alarm system. In all fairness today I made contact with a young lady rep who managed to cancel my service without any fuss or argument......this is the service I expected in comparison to the young man I spoke to this young Lady offered outstanding customer service. So in all fairness I have to write this review

Worse company to deal with . Unprfessoonal .unhelpfull. Have stock if you want any additional equipment. Do not buy from them

Their system is unreliable. Trying to activate and deactivate from the app cannot always be done. And the only way to fix it is to reset the home device *manually* So, if you are out of town you will be left without service until you come back. Don’t waste your money.

I cancelled my contract within 90 days & still waiting for a refund of £587 the system was removed on 16th January 24 & when I contacted customer service I was told everything would be put back in my account. But no still waiting lies after lies

Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth fobbed off when u ring been waiting nearly a month absolute joke liars after liars took there money quick enough

I had verisure cameras in my car park . After 2 years of using verisure I realize just last year that the number plate of my car could not be seen. I contacted verisure and now they tell me the cameras cannot focus on the third floor. I don’t understand why I was not told this before having paid and installing the cameras. I feel that I was mislead and cheated by verisure security.

terrible they are the worst company I have ever dealt with! They cannot be bothered to even investigate let alone resolve complaints. we will be cancelling the service.

Awful service, avoid at all costs! We were clients for 6 years and in the last 12 months the service quality deteriorated dramatically. We are currently trying to cancel as we are moving home but they are making it very difficult & time consuming on purpose! One of the worst customer service we ever experienced.

Terrible company. They will stop at nothing to avoid you cancelling your policy. Do not let them into your house or take a policy out with them. You will have months of stress trying to cancel the policy. They just keep cancelling your cancellation then hound you fir money

My father in law has had the same 3G flip phone for over 20 years. We got him a 5G phone and put on our account and told him to cancel his old verizon account. He is nearly 83. Couldn't remember his pin and his phone doesn't have text. No email on account. So our only option was go to a store (sorry, not taking the elderly to a phone store, this is non essential, during flu and COVID season) or wait until the account cancelled itself after 60 days or so of inactivity. Nice, another $60 for verizon. We had his account number but that didn't matter. It was appalling. The service rep advised "you can complain, because people hate this, but it won't change the outcome. Will never use this carrier.

Incroyablement inutile!! Le système de détection des chocs, MoonShot, est clairement I-N-U-T-I-L-I-S-A-B-L-E. Il se déclanche à chaque coup de vent.

Mon frère a installé une alarme avec un système de détection des chocs (Moon Shot Shock System) et depuis impossible de le configurer correctement. Le detecteurs de chocs est tellement sensible qu'il déclenche l'alarme à chaque fois pour le moindre mouvement (porte qui bouge avec les courrant d'air par exemple). C'est un enfer ! Les techniciens qui sont venus ont répété la même histoire, le problème vient bien du détecteur et il n'y a aucune solution, si ce n'est de désinstaller le decteur. Bonjour l'investissement !!

To say they won't let you cancel is an understantment. Make sure you have every bit of evidence you can to make sure you can leave this lot! What ever you do, avoid this company!

Been a business and residential customer of Verisure for the past few years. Was very impressed compared to ADT to protect my business and home. After a few years of having the alarm system (worked great for accidental triggers) we had 2 break ins in my business the first break in there was over 400k of stock stolen stored on pallets within the warehouse and Verisure didn't even trigger. We only found out we had been robbed when we came into work in the morning. Issue was the the sensors installed didn't cover the entire warehouse as it was installed by someone who had just been employed. Verisure came out the following day and done their investigation along with the police and still waiting to hear back nearly 2 years on. A few months later we got broken into again this time from a top window in one of the offices and this time the alarm did trigger as we had a still camera inside that particular room installed however the camera is so useless it didn't even capture the person that entered the building and stole roughly 25k worth of stock. Verisure did ring me that a trigger did go off but they couldn't get the images for some reason as the whole system is flawed. Verisure came out again to investigate and removed the camera and took it away to see if there was any images stored on the system but unfortunately there was no images. Unfortunately our insurance provider Hiscox then refused to insure as at the building due to having 2 high value burglaries and the alarm system useless. This has been going on for a while now and they don't seem to be interested in giving a reason as to why the system never worked on 2 occasions. I had a random call from their investigation department a few months ago and the chap that called me said it had only just been passed over to him as I refused to pay for the system which actually doesn't work and destroyed my business which I worked 15 years to build up. I now get random calls every week for the outstanding payments which I have to repeat the same story over and over again and they seem to have no records of anything. They will come round and showcase this all singing all dancing state of the art alarm system with all the gadgets but when it actually comes down to it I assure you that it will let you down. I have put this review down to inform others not to fall for the sales rep that sell you this system. The fact that we got burgled twice and Verisure have not even tried to look into why the system failed is beyond me. The salesguys just want you to sell as many devices as possible but they are all useless. I had 3 smoke devices installed in our warehouse when I was told we only needed 1-2 but I wanted that extra security however the system did not even trigger for the smoke devices to go off. I have put down both of my install numbers as proof that this is not a fake review and 100% honest and true review. They also sell you the fact that if you are broken into the security guard will protect your building until it's made safe which is not true at all. I was told the security guard cannot guard the building one the second burglary and I had to personally wait for my business insurance Hiscox to send someone out on a Sunday night and secure the premises. The sales tactics used are very clever the whole system looks great as a demo even I was impressed but it has so many flaws and on both occasions failed to protect my business.

Awful support and very pushy sales team. Constantly have to chase them and a month later still waiting for a refund after cancelling.
