“I was approached by two sales persons from Verisure and advised me that my business needs alarm system. I took his advice and signed 12 months contract. After signing the contract for 12 months the technician installed half of the alarm system and the rest he mentioned he will come back and finish them this week. We had numerous calls between us and he promised to come another day in a week and finish the final steps and show me how all the cameras and alarms works. I waited all day as he promised to come and install the remaining equipment for alarms, But he never turned up, 6.15 pm he picks up my 9th call and says sorry I was very busy today, I said no problem I understand your company is big and your busy. The same two sales man said we will come another day. I waited another day as he promised again this time to come and finish the final job, again I waited all day and this time he never picked my calls. The next day Saturday I went to visit my close family in hospital and my neighbour calls me at 2am that 6 people broke in to your business you need to be here as soon as possible and the police is here as well. I was very disappointed and shocked as I paid over £450 for installation and 12 months contract and none of the and found out the alarms I paid for is not working. In total I have gained £42000 loss. I called Verisure and explained but they don’t care. Logged a complaint to HR TEAM apologising and saying it wasn’t their fault and therefore the contract won’t be cancelled and I shall continue to pay the remaining months.”

“Absolutely awful dishonest scamming company. Stay well clear! Was lied to from day 1 and continued lies through management for months. Had alarm system with Arlo doorbell camera, told battery would last up to 6 weeks, got 3 days out of it so called and had tech out who gave me anew battery and checked settings! He said I’d be lucky to get 10 days out of a full charge and the sales team tell lies. After still getting 3 days from a full charge I called and spoke to management who apologised and said they couldn’t explain why I was only getting 3 days from a charge. Was then given to larger camera and told it would be a lot better with around 6 weeks battery life…… got 10 days and have to take whole unit off the charge then reposition every time I replace it. Not convenient or practical. Was told I’d get a call back after 2 weeks to see how this worked! No call and after chasing up with calls and emails still nothing back from the manager. Told lies every time I speak to an operator and to top this all off my monthly bills have shot up from £36-£50 with no explanation or warning when sold to me. Please avoid this company at all costs, you’ll be hugely disappointed and pay a lot more than expected to be tied into a dishonest contract and poor system.”

“This company is no different to any other scam artist. They trick you into believing you are buying their equipment when you are just renting it. And now months after I have canceled my contract they are still trying to harass me for payments. I do not owe it. Seems this is how they spend most of their time. Stay clear they are not honest people.”

“VerySure is a criminal organisation. They ganged up against me with my university’s security company. They deleted all my outdoor CCTV doorbell footage because my neighbour stole it. My neighbour also ganged up against me with university’s security. Also they don’t cancel my contract and keep asking for money. They blacked mail me by debiting my account for a good year after I cancelled the contract. Plus they provide the university security with an EE mobile number to call me. The university security guard Ms Joanna McKinny called me in Oct 2023 shouted non stop. Accused me of harassing one of my former colleagues whereas I never worked for the university. I looked up for the mobile number and found the website called [Who called me]. There was over 4000 comments stated that the number belongs to VerySure and it is a scam number. I complaint to the university casework office and provided them with the link to the page. But the owner of the website removed the comments and changed the URL to a different page for a different mobile number and also has blocked me sp I can’t enter the website. They are a gang. One star is too much to rate them. VerySure is -5 star.”

“Total disgrace of a company stay well back from this company they pressure you in to suposto be buying but not you will get a second hand system they tell you system will be yours if you decide to cancell my friend was hear with so everything they say are lies they get you on monthly agreement then it goes up they harass you for payment then leave your house needing re decorating I would never recommend this company thercare a more reputable company's out ther do your home work look on watch dog about them read reviews do not go anyware near this company they are a total disgrace of a company”

“Not a fan of latest verisure. Where Dave has been burgled obvio he's upset as this causes not only physical damage but also emotional damage. Instead of sympthising with Dave neighbour belittle's by stating if thief comes/ interested people like her wealthy/well to do people have no chance.”

“I begrudge even giving this company 1 star. They installed our system 8 weeks ago and neither internet camera has ever worked correctly. They couldn't get our outside camera to work from day one. Paid £1100 to install the system and £69 per month. After three attempts of them coming to try to fix the system with no success I called to cancel and have a refund. I got a call today to say that we can't have a refund and we need to pay 12 months of the £69 to uninstall as we are past the 15 days cooling off period. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.”

“Worked there have failed to even pay me my basic wage of 1,400 when worked a full month they told me I wouldn’t be getting my commission which totalled to 1k so I was told I’d get my basic when receiving pay I was only given 900 pounds not even my basic and nothing has been done about it DO NOT WORK HERE”

“I recently posted a negative review for a young man when I was trying to cancel my alarm system. In all fairness today I made contact with a young lady rep who managed to cancel my service without any fuss or argument......this is the service I expected in comparison to the young man I spoke to this young Lady offered outstanding customer service. So in all fairness I have to write this review”

“Their system is unreliable. Trying to activate and deactivate from the app cannot always be done. And the only way to fix it is to reset the home device *manually* So, if you are out of town you will be left without service until you come back. Don’t waste your money.”

“I cancelled my contract within 90 days & still waiting for a refund of £587 the system was removed on 16th January 24 & when I contacted customer service I was told everything would be put back in my account. But no still waiting lies after lies”
