“We moved from ADT to Verisure because the decline in the service and technology of our preious provider was very apparent. Since the start of our relationship in January we have been very satisfied with bothe the equipment and service. The Customer Service Team are very, very helpful and patient. My only criticism is that their preference to communicate through WhatsApp which may be convienent for Verisure but is tedious for me. Rather than explaining my issue in a short sentence I end up having a typed dialogue the takes five time as long. All in all, very satisfied. Thanks - Marc”
