Tried to cancel the contract as I moved out of the property. Called Verisure number of times, I was reassured by the customer services that someone will call back which never happened but I kept calling them. Finally after so many telephone calls and matter escalations someone agreed to downgrade the service but charged me for 2 more months of their service fees amounting to £91.88. Isn't this ridiculous !
