4g is so slow I just got fired off of a contract for having it!!! Who else has lost income because of this garbage service? I would imagine EVERY CUSTOMER!!! Some probably just don't know it! #BADVERIZON
Download speeds were less that 1Mbps directly across the street from a Verizon CO. Cost me $800 in lost revenue as one of the requirements was a "Working Verizon Hotspot" and while I technically had one, it was such a poor connection I was let go for it not being usable. Verizon says they see no issue in the area, I'm tired of doing their job for them.
