Buying was a breeze and delivery was as expected. The product, however, was not as great as expected. Upon first use the tops in two of the pens got stuck. Additionally, the tip in another pen never saturated with ink, making the pen virtually useless. The pens without problems worked fine and the colors were beautiful, but overall I'm disappointed with this purchase.
