Was very glad to have your service! Worked just as advertised. Store owner simply checked the email reservation on my phone and clipped two plastic straps to my bags. He had me take picture of straps as my receipt. Pickup went well. Great service. After reserving 1 bag I emailed to add a 2nd. Vertoe made adjustment in time for my drop off (but took a couple days)
