I left my bags at the Vertoe luggage drop nearest the US Capital so that I could visit the National Gallery of Art before I had a flight home. The woman who checked my bags in and out couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She was a delight to deal with and hurried to get my bags when I picked them upas I had a ride waiting to take me to the airport.
