The process of leaving and picking up my bag was the easiest and smooth possible I could hope for. The employees of the store were just friendly and told me there would be no late charge if I had to pick up my luggage late, I didn’t but I thought that would be a ease of calm for those who we’re running late. Didn’t know what to expect when I first booked but but I can say I was definitely satisfied. Vertoe is definitely going to be used again on my travels!
