Vertoe is a great service for those laden down with heavy baggage and don't want to carry them around all day. The purchase of tickets and the check-in process was easy. The staff was friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was that the store closed so early, so from 5-9 pm I had to drag my luggage around until I went to the airport. If they had an all night locker system where I could pull my baggage out at whatever hour, I definitely would have given 5 stars
