It was awesome that this is an option for storing luggage when you have several hours before your flight! I docked a star only because, the location I used did not really double check that it was *my* luggage I was taking away, there was no barcode scanning, it was just the honor system. The luggage was stored out in the open also as opposed to behind a counter. Worked great for me, but I could see criminals stealing luggage once word gets out if the system is not tightened up.
