We had a great experience with Vertoe. 4 hour wait between leaving the hotel and embarking on our train at Union Station in Chicago. What to do? I googled for an answer and discovered Vertoe. I was uncertain at first, but the fact that the reviews were so good led me to believe that it was indeed a great niche service. The Cobbler's Shop at 318 Adams was just a stone's throw to the Station, and all went according to Hoyle! Will definitely use Vertoe again!
