Very pleased with my experience. Was in NYC for a long weekend and found it much more convenient to store my luggage (on the day of departure) at a location close to Penn Station, where my bus home was departing from, than leaving it at the hotel. The process was completely painless and I will definitely continue to use Vertoe on future trips!
