The store did not tag my suitcase as I expected based on the Vertoe instructions. Nor did they provide any receipt or ticket for me to use to retrieve my luggage. It was all based on a photo that I took on my smartphone. In the end I retrieve my luggage without an issue, but it seems some sort of claim ticket should be provided.
