The service was quick and easy, though I wish it was more clear that I was leaving my bags at a coffee shop and not at a storage facility. The people at the coffee shop were beyond kind, and I was so gracious for them. However, they had zip-ties that were clearly meant to seal my bag at the zipper to ensure that nobody could get in, but they attached them on the handle of my luggage which made no sense. The website being user friendly and the kindness of the employees at the coffee shop made this a 4/5 rather than a 3/5.
