Wound up paying double to get a storage space for a bag for a few hours, shopkeeper said dont use online booking, they charge a fee... . Cancel and pay me cash, you get refund from them in about an hour. Vertoe did not care about their vendor ripping off people, even when I showed them proof/receipts. My dispute was dismissed and everyone kept their (my) money. Never again, rip-off artists.
