We used this service to store our cases whilst we went from Boston to Niagara for 2 nights. The shopkeeper at the Venice Convenience store was excellent. Very thorough in tagging the bags and taking photos. We returned to Boston and pick up from the shop was swift and everything was fine. The man could not have been nicer. If it's just for a day, whilst you look around Boston, or for a few days this is a good way to store your heavy bags and leave you free to enjoy. I would recommend and I would do again.
