I was extremely disappointed. In fact, the site where I was to leave my bags was so filthy and insecure that I chose not to leave them. Vertoe would not issue me a refund. They did say that they would go inspect the site at some point in the future. They don't let you know where your bags will be until after you pay. I encourage everyone not to use this service.
