Some locations are more secure than others. Sometimes it feels risky to leave bags — you come back later and a different employee is there. You say, “hey I’m picking up my bags” and they often just give them to you with no proof. So it makes me feel like anyone could have taken my bags. Other places are more secure and ask for ID and give you proper tags, asking you to show pictures of them when you pick up. Never had a problem before, and it is convenient, but needs more enforced security measures.
