Used their services for 5 days. My backpack was kept safe & not tampered with. Vertoe was a savior in a pinch. Originally, planned on using their competitor, Bounce, because their reviews were better. But, Bounce's website & app sucks. It freezed & wouldn't let me make a reservation. I was able to make a reservation on Vertoe on the 1st attempt.
