It works and it's effective and cheap. That said, the place my girlfriend and I stored our luggage was:
a) Not extremely easy to locate
b) Seemed questionable as it was just a souvenir store.
c) The zip ties that were placed on the bags weren't placed through the zippers. Just through the handle meaning the bags could've been opened still, which means minimal security.
